Refunds & Cancellation 
Check-out Time is 10.00 AM.
The Suite & Cottage tariff mentioned is applicable per night and exclusive of Taxes currently applicable.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES
Early Check-in prior to 12.00 noon – Early check-in on the arrival date will be subject to availability of Suite / Cottage
Late Check-out after 10.00 AM is subject to charge. Half day till 6.00 PM and full day after 6.00 PM of applicable tariff.
Early Check-in and Late Check-out is subject to availability.
In absence of communication and/or arrival details/timings, all confirmed Suite / Cottage reservations will be held till 2.00 PM only, and may be released thereafter.
GUARANTEED RESERVATIONS
All reservations will be guaranteed against Cash deposits / NEFT payment or major Credit / Debit card payment into our HDFC Bank account as per details mentioned below.
CANCELLATION POLICY

| 5% | If cancalled with in ten (10) days to fourteen (14) days in advance from the date of check in. |
| 25% | If cancalled with in Seven (7 ) days to nine (9 ) days in advance from the date of check in. |
| 50% | If cancalled with in Three (3 ) days to Six ( 6 ) days in advance from the date of check in. |
| 100% | If cancalled less than Three days in advance from the date of check in. |
In case of any cancellation the applicable taxes on the advance received would not be refunded as it will have to be paid by us to the government treasury as per applicable rules and regulations.
In case of cancellation of advance booking, 100% of the amount paid will be forfeited.
Online refunds for the bookings made through the website usually take 7-10 working days.
Credit/Debit card online refund will only be made against Credit/Debit Card bookings and usually take 15 working days. Credit/Debit card cancellation will be charged 2% extra.
The original Receipt must be presented for processing the refund.
There are no refund or credit issued for early checkouts.
There are no credits issued due to bad weather, tropical storms or hurricanes; including any inconvenience or complication caused by a hurricanes direct hit , near miss or significant threat of a hurricane strike. Hurricanes are unpredictable by nature.
Please take travel insurance to protect against these types of unforeseen events.
We are not liable for any costs, evacuation or inconveniences caused by a tropical storm or hurricane.
We reserve the right to cancel or modify the reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under any circumstances where it appears that the reservation contain or resulted from a mistake or error.
In case of any objections or dispute, Decision of the management will be final.
OVER STAY & UNDER STAY
Guests are urged to reconfirm their departure date & time before arrival in advance or during Check-in. Early departure fee, for the guests who shorten their stay will be equivalent to one night tariff, over stay is subject to availability.
PAYMENT TERMS
Guests are requested to settle their bills directly payment by cash or credit / debit card at the time of departure. Cheques will not be accepted.
